Shipping Guidelines and Pricing

All shipments should be sent no sooner than (2) two days prior to the conference, and the Events Department should be notified in advance.  

A Handling fee of 

$5.00 per  0 > 5 lbs.

$10.00 per 6 > 20 lbs.

$15.00 per 21 > 50 lbs.

$25.00 over 50 lbs. 

will apply to all boxes shipped to the Resort and $150.00 for all pallets.

For packages arriving earlier than (1) one week prior to the function, there will also be a $150.00 per day storage fee regardless of the number of boxes rum

Table space is priced according to placement. Tables will be selected on a first come first serve basis.

Gold are priced at $6,000

Green are priced at $5,500

Red are priced at $5,000

Blue are priced at $4,500
